Returns/Refund Policy

In Store & Online Returns Policy:
NOTE:  All items are quality checked on their arrival to the store.

Reasons for return:
- You would like to return your item/s as they are no 1 Damaged or no 2 Faulty
- You would like to return your item/s as they are no 3 Wrong shape, no 4 Wrong size or no 5 Not as described
- You would like to return your item/s as they are no 6 Other (describe)

Return Requirements:
- Time is within 14 days from date of purchase
- Your Retail Express receipt (in store only)
- All items in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) with tags attached.
- All swimwear must still have the hygiene stickers attached.  Swimwear bottoms must be tried on over your underwear.  In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where this obviously has not been done.
- Express postage (online) for its tracking. Soaked will not be liable for any losses in transit.

In Store returned items process:
- Returned items are checked in store.
- Returned requirements have been met we will gladly process your refund.
- Returned requirements have not been met. We will give the item/s back to you.

Online returned items process:
- A reply for return/refund of an item/s from this email has been received
- Items are checked on arrival
- Returned requirements have been met we will gladly process your refund.
- Returned requirements have not been met.  We will contact you by (email or phone) of the outcome.  Your item/s will be returned to you.

NOTE: Postage is refundable for Damaged or Faulty items ONLY.

 Your Refund:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item/s.
PLEASE NOTE: Soaked cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.  
- Notification will be sent to the nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
